Marcus trained as an actor and graduated from Drama Centre London in 2007.

He forged his extensive experience in acting, directing and casting primarily at Theatre Royal Stratford East where he became an Associate Artist under Artistic Director Kerry Kyriacos Michael MBE.

Marcus built on his artistic and creative experience by applying it to another other side of the industry and turned his attentions to becoming a talent agent, first at Simon & How Associates before moving to InterTalent and most recently Revolution Talent.

Marcus discovered his calling whilst working at ArtsEd where he is currently Senior Acting Tutor and Deputy Acting Lead for the School of Acting. Marcus has a passion for helping guide students through their acting training with his methodological approach that allows actors to create spontaneous, free and truthful performances.

Marcus is also a dedicated acting coach that is committed to helping every actor that he works with improve their own individual craft whilst simultaneously reflecting on how their work can reamain relevant and impactful in the current climate of our industry.
